Dozens of pieces of worn baseball gloves form this collage, made for a sports bar-restaurant by Illinois-based mixed-media artist Cindy Lewis.

Related: In April, luxury leather-goods brand Coach released a limited-edition line of men’s billfolds made from vintage baseball glove leather. (See Trendhunter’s May 2012 post about them here, and Coach tweets here and here.) Apparently, the special line sold out quickly.

We bow before the unbridled energy and mastery of craft that is Feather Love Photography, and are proud to sponsor a two-day creative workshop at the drool-inducing home and studio of its mistress, Noa Azoulay-Sclater (pictured below), June 28 & 29 in San Diego, CA (pictured above). Two days of Noa’s signature, inspirational lectures on creativity, freedom and self-promotion — not to mention the craft of photography and working with clients — are complimented with dips in her pool, communal lunch and dinner, as well as wine at the workshop after party. Noa is joined by actress Sarah Carter who will be modelling for the shoot, analog maestro Chloe Aftel teaching a mind-blowing hands-on Polaroid class, and blogger Anne Sage who will live-video-lecture about using social media to support your art.
